Custom Orders:
At IZY + NIX BOUTIQUE we love custom orders that are one of a kind and unique to your little loves. As all of our products are 100% handmade by us in Christchurch, NZ, this enables us the flexibility to customise any paint colour, bead colour or fabric option of your choice, to ensure each piece fits with your dream vision of decor or accessory for your little one.

Pricing:
All prices listed are in NZD incl gst. Please note shipping is additional to these prices.
Payment:
Payment for your order can be made securely online via PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and only PayPal will see your payment details. Alternatively if you wish to make a payment by internet banking, please contact us via email [email protected].
Turnaround Time:
As all our products are handmade to order, please allow up to 10 business days for us to handcraft your items ready for shipping.
Shipping:
All NZ orders are sent via a tracked Post Haste courier. Shipping costs throughout NZ range from $6 NZD per order for our smaller items, up to $10 NZD per order for our larger items.
All Australian orders are sent via NZ Post (untracked). Shipping costs to Australia range from $10 NZD per order for our smaller items, up to $25 NZD per order for our larger items. If you require your international order to be tracked, please let me know so I can arrange a tracked quote for shipping.
Shipping quote will be provided at checkout, (before proceeding to payment) after shipping address is added.
Please note we currently only ship throughout New Zealand and Australia at present. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to organise their own shipping insurance. IZY + NIX BOUTIQUE cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered orders.
Returns + Exchanges:
At IZY + NIX BOUTIQUE we pride ourselves on providing you with quality products and outstanding customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange to exchange or provide a full refund on the purchase price (excl shipping cost). Items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving it, in a new and unused condition. Please note custom orders and personalised items are non refundable, unless faulty.
Privacy:
All personal information provided including, but not limited to, your name, address and email, will not be disclosed, exchanged or sold to any other parties outside of IZY + NIX BOUTIQUE. All personal information provided will be solely used to process your order.
At IZY + NIX BOUTIQUE we are highly committed to ensure your personal information is secure. All credit card payments made through our online store are done so via PayPal, where your personal and financial details are securely encrypted to ensure your money and information stays safe and secure.
Safety:
At IZY + NIX BOUTIQUE the safety of your littles loves is paramount to us. Although the utmost care is taken to ensure the safety and quality of our items is of a very high standard, please ensure our products are always used under adult supervision, never leave your baby unattended.
All our silicone beads are 100% food grade quality, non toxic, odourless and eco-friendly. They are BPA, lead, PVC, mercury, cadmium and phthalates free, and are FDA, LFGB, and SGS approved.
